Replacing the FFIEC CAT:
A Guide to Cybersecurity Frameworks

April 3, 2025
2:00 PM - 3:00 PM CDT

On August 29, 2024, the FFIEC announced the sunset of the Cybersecurity Assessment Tool (CAT). The sunset statement listed four possible alternatives to the CAT, including the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF), CISA Cybersecurity Performance Goals (CPGs), CRI Profile, and CIS Controls. Each framework comes with its own style and considerations, leaving financial institutions to answer the question: Which cybersecurity framework should I choose?

Join us for this webinar on April 3, 2025 at 2:00 PM (CDT) as we provide an overview of the frameworks and discuss how to choose a cybersecurity framework that works best for you.

In this session, you will discover:

  • The key features and components of the four cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Important factors to consider when selecting the right framework.
  • Best practices for conducting an effective cybersecurity assessment.
  • How Tandem can support you in creating and managing cybersecurity assessments.
